(GR/EN) Ο Σεφ @alexpapandreou μας έδειξε στο επεισόδιο της εκπομπής του #BBQstories στην Ιχθυόσκαλα, έναν πολύ απλό τρόπο για να ξεχωρίσει το ψητό ψάρι μας!

Τον δοκιμάσατε;

Υλικά (για 4 άτομα)

2 φαγκριά πάνω από 1 κιλό το καθένα
1 λεμόνι
1 συσκευασία βασιλικό Άρωμα 25 γρ.
60 ml ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι
φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι

Εκτέλεση

Σε ένα ξύλο κοπής με ένα κοφτερό μαχαίρι ψιλοκόβετε τον βασιλικό, τοποθετείτε το ψάρι στο ξύλο κοπής, το αλείφετε με ελαιόλαδο, το πασπαλίζετε με αλάτι και φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι, στύβετε το λεμόνι στην κοιλιά του ψαριού και την γεμίζετε με τον βασιλικό.

Ανάβετε το BBQ (ή τον φούρνο) να ζεσταθεί καλά και τοποθετείτε τα ψάρια να ψηθούν, γυρνώντας τα 1-2 φορές.

Chef @alexpapandreou showed us in the episode of his TV show #BBQstories at Ichthioskala (fish wharf), a very simple way to make your grilled fish stand out!

Ingredients (serves 4)

2 sea bream over 1 kg each
1 lemon
1 tray of Aroma 25 gr.
60 ml olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper

Method

Chop the basil on a cutting board with a sharp knife, place the fish on the cutting board, rub it with olive oil, sprinkle it with salt and freshly ground pepper, squeeze the lemon on the belly of the fish and fill it with the basil.

Turn on the BBQ (or the oven) to heat well, place the fish and grill, turning it over 1-2 times.
