Shishito Peppers with Soy Sauce, Sesame Seeds and Lime

Besides the easy recipe of the package, with olive oil, sea salt and lemon, try the recipe that follows, with soy sauce, sesame seeds and lime.

Remember… Shishito peppers can catch you by surprise! Among them there will be some slightly spicy!

Wash and pat the peppers dry. Poke them a few times with a fork. Toss them in sesame oil.

Warm the pan over medium. Then, add the peppers and let them rest for a minute. Stir about every minute until the peppers are tender and blistered.

Turn off the heat. Pour soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir quickly. Pour the lime juice, toss and serve immediately.
